| These two photos show conveyor sections # 1 and # 3 and one
control panel designed and manufactured by J. G. Wilson, Inc. for a 100" wide glass
processing line.
The project included 7 conveyor sections and two processor/drives with braking resistors, individual cable E-stops, and E-stop/process control interface with other equipment. |

The four styles of conveyors below, represent the basic types
that we have produced recently; many have been more elaborate. We have
purchased molds for producing the 4" diameter urethane
"donuts" for many conveyor applications. Non-standard
configurations of flat belt, timing belt, or round/V belt conveyors are
familiar to our company. Numerous high-temperature stainless steel
belt conveyors have been designed and built by us for metal powder-coating
lines and for other process heating/cooling lines.
